Change programs for each run and manage CNC control panels. Read and interpret digital 3D drawings , reprogramming as needed for different production runs. Meet daily and overall production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Use hoists and team lifts to move larger or awkward materials safely. Collaborate with cross‑department teams to keep production flowing smoothly. ⭐ What Makes You a Great Fit 1-2 years of experience with CNC equipment or metal fabrication. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure accurately. Experience with machine setup, operation, and production processes. Attention to detail and proficiency with measuring tools. ⭐ Preferred Skills Prior CNC or machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with assembly line work, production support, or packaging. Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to cross‑train.
