Job Description
Four day work week
- Mon•Thurs 6am•4pm with paid lunch •
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a capable candidate who is willing to learn and understand the operation and maintenance of our Lincoln Electric Torchmate 5100 inside and out.
Responsibilities:
- Process sheets of mild steel that have been programmed and nested.
- Moderate consumable use and cut quality.
- Follow QC procedures to ensure parts are processed, cleaned, and sorted efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with other production team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC machines and plasma cutters.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
