router to cut and machine HDPE plastic components according to production specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate
AXYZ CNC
router equipment Load, secure, and machine HDPE plastic sheets and components Perform tool changes, tool measurements, and machine setup Read and interpret drawings, cut files, and work orders Monitor machine operation and inspect finished parts for quality Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues Maintain a safe and organized work area Preferred Qualifications Experience operating
AXYZ CNC
routers or similar CNC routing equipment Experience with VCarve Pro software Familiarity with CNC tooling, feeds and speeds, and material hold-down methods Ability to read shop drawings and production documents Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Forklift experience is a plus Requirements Ability to lift and handle material sheets as needed Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to quality and workplace safety Second Shift availability (3:30P-12A) Experience with
