Our team of skilled craftsmen takes pride in delivering exceptional results that exceed our clients' expectations. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to run our Nested Base CNC on our 2nd shift at our Arlington, WA manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating nested-based CNC routers in a cabinetry, millwork, or wood manufacturing environment, and will be comfortable working independently during the evening shift. In this role, you will:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain the nested-base CNC router for cabinet parts production
  • Load and unload sheet goods using a forklift
  • Read and interpret cut lists, labels, and nested sheet layouts
  • Verify panel dimensions, material thickness, grain direction, and edge quality
  • Identify and understand a variety of sheet materials (plywood, MDF, melamine, veneer core, etc.) and adjust tooling/feed rates as needed
  • Monitor tool wear, change bits, and perform routine machine maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate effectively with the day shift lead to keep production flowing smoothly
Requirements:
  • Prior experience operating a nested-base CNC router (SCM, Biesse, Holzher, Thermwood, or similar)
  • Forklift experience — ability to safely load, unload, and move material
  • Strong understanding of sheet goods and wood materials
  • Ability to read cut lists, labels, and basic shop drawings
  • Attention to detail and strong quality focus
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently on 2nd shift
  • Able to stand, lift, and move sheet goods throughout the shift
Schedule:
2nd shift, approximately 2:00 PM start, Monday-Friday Compensation depends on experience. We offer medical, dental, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
