Weekly Pay•Every Friday We are currently hiring a Production Welder / CNC Plasma Operator to join our manufacturing team in the HVAC industry. This role focuses on fabricating and welding sheet metal ductwork while also learning to operate a CNC plasma cutting machine used in production. This position will work our overlap shift (starting at 6:30 AM) and will help prepare materials and components for the next day's production schedule . The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and committed to showing up on time every day. Experience in HVAC ductwork is helpful but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate on our equipment and processes. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand fabrication requirements Cut, shape, and prepare sheet metal using tools such as grinders, band saws, and plasma cutters Assemble and weld ductwork components using MIG welding techniques Train to operate and maintain a CNC plasma cutting machine Assist with prepping materials and components for the following day's production Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet company standards Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE Qualifications Previous welding or metal fabrication experience preferred MIG welding experience is highly desirable Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, fiberglass, and adhesives Reliable transportation and strong punctuality are required Knowledge of HVAC industry a plus Apply online https://intelliapp.driverapponline.com/c/elitehrlogisticsnd?r=mh OR Text resume to Meghan @916-291-0991
