Job Description

CNC & Machine Operator Openings Fond du Lac, Appleton & Green Bay Area, WI | $17.00-$25.00/hr | Full-Time | Multiple Openings Available About the Opportunities We are actively hiring for multiple CNC and Machine Operator openings with several growing manufacturing companies throughout the Fond du Lac, Appleton, and Green Bay area. These opportunities range from entry-level machine operation roles to experienced CNC machining and precision manufacturing positions. Whether you have prior machining experience or are mechanically inclined and looking to learn a skilled trade, we have opportunities available on 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend schedules. Many positions offer hands-on training, long-term career growth, and opportunities to advance into higher-level machining roles. Potential Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes, machining centers, engraving equipment, and other production machinery Load and unload parts and materials from machines Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments as required Verify product quality using measuring tools and inspection equipment Read blueprints, prints, layouts, specifications, and work instructions Perform deburring, sanding, finishing, and secondary operations Maintain quality standards and close tolerances throughout production Record production data, inspection results, and labor information Assist with troubleshooting machine and production issues Safely move materials and finished products throughout the facility Operate overhead cranes, material handling equipment, or lifting devices where required Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read and follow written instructions Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous CNC machining or machine operation experience Experience with Fanuc controls or CNC programming concepts Blueprint or print reading experience Experience with quality inspections and precision measurements Knowledge of GD&T principles Manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial experience Experience operating overhead cranes or material handling equipment
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
