• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure tight tolerances
• Maintain quality standards and document results
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and improve processes
• Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts What We're Looking For
• Experience operating CNC machining equipment (mills, lathes, or both)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
• Understanding of tolerances, measuring tools, and quality standards
• Dependable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
• Desire to grow skills and contribute to a long-term vision (Programming experience is a plus, but not required for all roles) Our Promise
