With pay raise opportunities at 6 months and 12 months of employment!

The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce precision parts and components.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily operation of the CNC Machine Review set up sheets and specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence, dimensions, and quality Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and position in machine spindles as specified using hand tools or insert cutting tools Select fixtures, part holding, and tooling to machine parts as necessary Adjust machine speeds and feeds and change cutters to machine parts according to specifications Confirm finished work meets specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, tape measure, and gages May be trained to operate other machines in the CNC Department Perform other related duties as assigned What you need: Ability to read tape measure and calipers. Problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to setup a machine and run the job with minimal supervision. Basic math skills with the ability to read US and metric measurements and the ability to convert between the two. Previous work experience in machine manufacturing; knowledge of AutoCAD programs and CNC equipment preferred. Ability to learn and retain on the job training. Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English. Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.
