• 2:00 PM. Pay rate is $24.00
• $30.00/hour What You'll Actually Be Doing
• Setting up CNC machines and tooling for production runs
• Running parts and making real-time adjustments as needed
• Reading blueprints and turning them into finished product
• Inspecting parts to make sure they meet spec
• Catching issues early and keeping production on track
• Handling basic machine maintenance and upkeep
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient

• You'll be working in a manufacturing setting where things move

• Exposure to dust, fumes, and typical shop conditions
• Heated and ventilated production floor
• Working around moving machinery and equipment
• Physical Side of the Role
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Stand, move, bend, and stay active throughout the shift
• Use hands for detailed machine work and inspections
• Wear standard PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toes) If you're a CNC Setup Operator who takes pride in clean setups, consistent parts, and keeping production moving
• This is a great role for you! What You Bring
• 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Setup Operator or similar role
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong mechanical mindset
• you know how things work
• Solid attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
