Shift:

Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Because efficiency should pay off. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and a strong history of sustained employment. What You'll Do You'll be at the center of production—keeping machines running, quality high, and downtime low. Read and interpret blueprints to run jobs accurately Operate and monitor CNC machines (often managing two at once) Troubleshoot issues on Holzer CNC equipment and escalate when needed Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures Package and palletize finished products Maintain an organized, efficient workspace to minimize downtime Manage time effectively to meet or exceed BOM standards Follow 5S and Lean principles to keep operations running smoothly Assist with additional tasks like fabrication, assembly, packaging, and occasional painting What You Bring Experience reading blueprints and working with measurements Previous CNC experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to multitask and manage multiple machines Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly Commitment to safety and proper PPE use Ability to follow company policies and procedures What You Get Two pay increases in your first year (yes, we reward growth) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance A stable, growing company with over 30 years in La Crosse Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance internally Why Advanced Fiber Products?
