This is a 1st Shift Position with pay consideration starting at $19.50/hr. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC turret punch press machines to manufacture parts to department standards and specifications Prepare materials, select proper tooling, and ensure machines are running at full capacity Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to produce parts within tolerance Perform quality checks and ensure finished products meet all quality requirements Accurately complete paperwork, labor reporting, and part labeling Perform routine machine maintenance Qualifications Previous CNC or Metal Fabrication preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring devices Mechanical aptitude with solid math, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs #indMMIS
