Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations.
