This role is vital to ensuring high-quality production standards, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety protocols. Duties Set up CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers according to detailed blueprints and specifications. Program CNC equipment utilizing CAM programming software, with familiarity in Fanuc controls and other common systems. Operate machinery including press brake machines, stamping presses, fabrication tools, and fabrication equipment while maintaining safety standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD files to ensure accurate production. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues related to tooling, programming errors, or mechanical failures. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet quality standards. Handle materials efficiently on the assembly line or warehouse floor, including materials handling and packaging finished products. Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, machine settings, and quality control checks. Support quality control processes by inspecting parts for defects using precision measuring instruments. Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects involving welding, tooling setup, or assembly tasks as needed. #SKL1
