1st Shift - CNC Machine Operator/Bend Technician

Located in the Weston Industrial Park, we proudly serve customers across multiple industries with high‑quality manufacturing and craftsmanship. We are looking for reliable, motivated CNC Machine Operators / Bend Technicians to join our 1st and 2nd shift teams. As Bend Technician , your job responsibilities will include: Set-up, operate and monitor CNC benders in a safe and efficient manner Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with customer specifications and drawings Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement specification Perform secondary operations while the CNC is running. This includes, but is not limited to re-cutting Perform basic and routine adjustments and machine maintenance. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Follow all safety, quality, and documentation procedures May be required to perform other company duties and assist in other departments as requested. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or machine‑operation experience preferred (we will train the right person!) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read measurements and use inspection tools Comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Reliable, team‑focused, and eager to learn Ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift Shift Available 1st
