CNC Machine Operator, 2nd shift

Position summary: The primary duties of the CNC Machine Operator include setting up, programming, and operating machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, drill, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal. This position requires experience of overhead cranes, part expediting, grinding, etc. Employees must be able to occasionally lift material weighing as much as 75lbs. Second shift operates from 3:30 pm - 3:00 am, Mondays - Thursdays, and Fridays are optional. There is a $1.60 night shift premium available immediately. No Saturdays or Sundays. Our Plant Manager, Supervisors, and Leads meet with Human Resources on a weekly basis to talk about ways to improve our shop culture. We even have an Employee Relations Manager whose office is located out in the shop to easily assist employees.

Pay:

$57,564.00 - $63,382.00 per year
