Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Set Up Operator/Machinist to join our team! This position includes setting up, troubleshooting, operating and adjusting CNC machining equipment to perform a complex series of machining operations to meet precise tolerance and finish requirements. This position has the ability to program or learn to program CNC machines. MBW uses Autodesk Fusion (formerly known as Fusion 360). This position will work with collaborative robots and a Fanuc robot as well. What's in it for you?

Retention Bonus:

Responsibilities Work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications defining and coding tooling, fixturing, and machine arrangements Program with G&M code Knowledge and understanding of GD&T Work with collaborative robots and robots Set up, operate and program Mori, Doosan and other CNC machines. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments Recognize, report and correct errors. May set up and program for and instruct Machine Operators Comply with safety, quality and service standards within the department. Visit our website to learn more about MBW! www.mbw.com Our facility is open Monday - Thursday 5am to 7pm and Fridays 5am to 4:30pm. A schedule can be created on any of those days within those timeframes. If someone's schedule is until 7pm they would receive a 10% shift premium from 3pm to 7pm.
