Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM $20.00/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Operate CNC machines to mill aluminum parts Load and unload machines efficiently Use a scanner to accurately track production data Perform quality checks using calipers to ensure parts meet exact specs Maintain daily production goals Buff and de-burr finished parts for a clean finish

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Strong and consistent work history Previous manufacturing or CNC experience is a plus Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math Great attention to detail Dependable and committed to showing up every day Why choose the Mathews Archery and ABR Partnership?
