Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Geraldine, AL, as a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer. The primary responsibilities include creating and optimizing CNC programs, working with technical drawings, machining, and overseeing milling operations. The CNC Programmer will collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and precise manufacturing processes. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Programming for manufacturing processes Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling operations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with EZ-CAM software preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company standards
