Direct Hire Little Rock, AR Pay:

Shift:
Monday - Friday Precision Isn't Optional. It's Who You Are. Looking for CNC Machinist and Programmer openings in Little Rock where craftsmanship still counts? This shop runs on pride, patience, and performance. What You Bring to the Table as a CNC Machinist and Programmer High school diploma or equivalent required Technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining, programming, or operator experience required Strong knowledge of CNC lathes, mills, and related tooling Ability to troubleshoot equipment and escalate repairs as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines Machine a variety of materials, including single-piece and small-batch production Perform quality inspections to identify defects and ensure specifications are met Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and process guidelines Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot common CNC issues Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery in a production environment Manage priorities to maintain workflow and production continuity Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives The Real Deal - Benefits Offered by Our Client Competitive pay with growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid time off plus 11 paid holidays Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance "They care about me.
