) Work from engineering drawings and CAD models to produce high-precision components Select tooling, set offsets, and optimize machining processes Troubleshoot and resolve machining, tooling, and programming challenges Inspect your own work using precision measuring tools Collaborate with engineering and production teams to bring designs to life What You Bring CNC Programming experience (minimum 2 years required) 3+ years operating CNC vertical mills Strong ability to read blueprints, specs, and GD&T Experience with setups, offsets, and tool compensation Solid understanding of machining processes and quality standards Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
