CNC Programmer

A fast-growing space and defense manufacturer is seeking a CNC Programmer in Corona, CA to create complex programs for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines producing mission-critical aerospace, spacecraft, missile, hypersonic, and defense components. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include: Minimum 5 years of experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment, with 3-10 years of CATIA programming experience preferred. Strong CATIA software proficiency required, with a major plus for candidates who previously ran machines before moving into programming. Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines producing aerospace parts. Create complex programs for milling, drilling, boring, and tapping while following machine and plant safety requirements. Work closely with program management, production, quality, engineering, and operations teams to support concept-to-production work. Maintain programs to current print and model revisions while supporting AS9100 quality requirements and product conformity. Experience with Haas, Mori, Fanuc controls, Siemens controls, mills, lathes, and strict machine shop environments is helpful. Must meet ITAR requirements; U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, green card holders, refugees, or asylees may be considered, but sponsorship is not available.

Salary :

$45 - $65 per hour, commensurate with experience.
