This role requires the ability to create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs , optimize machining processes, and support less‑experienced machinists. Key Responsibilities Independently set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs Perform at‑machine programming and/or CAM programming Optimize tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies Machine precision parts from Copper, Steel, and Aluminum Interpret complex prints and GD&T Troubleshoot machining and programming issues Support and mentor Machinist I team members Ensure efficiency, consistency, and part quality Required Qualifications 2-4+ years of CNC machining experience Proven CNC programming experience (at machine or CAM) Strong understanding of G‑code fundamentals Job shop experience with frequent changeovers Ability to hold tight tolerances Advanced measuring and inspection skills Preferred CAM experience (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar) Fixture setup and process development experience•Position Summary•
