This role is ideal for a hands-on machining professional with strong CNC programming experience who thrives in a high-precision, aerospace-regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate HAAS VF2 and
TL-1 CNC
machines Operate and maintain OMAX waterjet equipment Machine small-run parts, prototypes, and custom fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Ensure all parts meet quality and tolerance requirements Maintain shop organization, safety, and equipment upkeep Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve processes Train team members on machine shop equipment and best practices Required Experience 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience Strong experience with
HAAS CNC
