Job Description

We are an established high-precision aerospace manufacturer in Camarillo looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / Mastercam Programmer to join our team. This is not a production "button pusher" position. We are looking for a true machinist — someone who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, setup, tooling, and craftsmanship. If you enjoy challenging work, tight tolerances, programming, and manufacturing quality parts the right way, we would like to speak with you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Program, set up, and operate
HAAS CNC
mills and lathes Create toolpaths using Mastercam Work from CAD models and detailed aerospace drawings Design and build fixtures and tooling Participate in prototype and production machining
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5+ years of Mastercam programming experience
REQUIRED
3+ years setting up and operating
HAAS CNC
mills/lathes Aerospace / prototype / precision machining experience preferred Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation Ability to inspect parts and hold tight tolerances Reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven Able to work in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment Must work well within a team-oriented environment
