Generate efficient toolpaths and post-process programs for Fanuc controls Create setup sheets, operation sheets, and supporting documentation for CNC machine setup Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for optimal cycle times and tool life Collaborate with setup machinists to troubleshoot programs and optimize setups Verify programs through simulation and first article inspection Support SPC processes and design tooling and fixtures as required Participate in the development of complex prototypes, fixtures, and assemblies Work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Scheduling to ensure on-time delivery of quality products Continuously improve programming methods and machining efficiency Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of Mastercam programming experience Proficiency in multi-axis CNC mill programming (3-axis required) Experience with Fanuc control post-processing Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T (ASME
