Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to support production of high-precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for programming, setup, and process optimization on Swiss-style CNC machines to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Program Swiss CNC machines (Citizen, Star, Tsugami) using CAM software and/or G-code Perform full machine setups and optimize programs for production Machine precision components to tight tolerances (±.0005" or better) Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting strategies Perform first article inspections and verify part quality Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times Maintain documentation and adhere to quality standards 7-10 years of CNC Swiss programming experience required Strong experience with Swiss-style lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami preferred) Proficiency with CAM software (PartMaker, Mastercam, or similar) and G-code Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Ability to independently set up, program, and troubleshoot machines Experience in tight-tolerance manufacturing (medical or aerospace preferred) Experience with Fanuc controls and multi-axis machining Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma) Experience working with stainless steel, titanium, or other precision materials 1st or 2nd shift available Overtime available based on production needs #IND1
