We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer who takes pride in producing high-quality work, solving challenging machining problems, and continually improving processes. If you're someone who enjoys programming complex parts, working with modern equipment, and being trusted to do things the right way, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Program complex precision components using Mastercam. Set up and operate CNC machining centers (3, 4, 5-Axis). Develop efficient machining strategies for prototype and production work. Verify part quality using precision inspection equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications. Optimize cycle times, tooling, and machining processes. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Work closely with our production and quality teams to deliver exceptional parts on time. Qualifications 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred. Strong Mastercam programming experience. Experience setting up and running CNC mills (3-, 4-, or 5-axis experience is a plus). Ability to independently take a part from print to finished component. Solid understanding of tooling, workholding, feeds and speeds, and machining strategy. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
