3+ years hands on experience in CNC Machining, Manual Machining, CNC Programming, CAM (Esprit preferred, MasterCAM) GD&T, Mill, LathePosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our stringent specifications. Your expertise in CNC machining and programming will play a crucial role in enhancing our production efficiency and product quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram CNC machines using Esprit to create precise parts according to engineering specifications.

Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes and mills, ensuring safe and efficient production processes.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements and specifications.

Perform toolpath generation and G-code programming to optimize machining operations.

Conduct quality control inspections on finished products to ensure they meet all specifications and tolerances.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications3+ years proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist with strong knowledge of CNC machining processes.

Proficiency in CNC programming using Esprit software is required.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and other machining tools is a plus.

Solid understanding of G-Code, toolpath generation, and precision machining techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Experience with quality control processes and manufacturing operations.
