Job Description:
Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints. Set up and program CNC machines using computer software. Create and adjust cutting paths to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Perform quality checks to confirm parts meet design specifications. Select appropriate tools and settings for different materials. Troubleshoot machine or production issues as they arise. Conduct basic machine maintenance (cleaning, sharpening tools). Train new employees on operating CNC machines and programs.
