Job Description Program, set-up and operate CNC lathe Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner per best practices Perform visual inspections on all machined parts to ensure they meet quality expectations Maintain all tooling to ensure high-quality output and accuracy Identify and report all machine issues, coolant levels, error messages and/or malfunctions Collect and upload manufacturing data into computerized management system Compliance to all safety procedures and report any issues to management Requirements Minimum 3-4 years experience Proficiency with measuring gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking Work well under pressure Good communication skills Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints Knowledge and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Detail-oriented and organized Must be reliable and responsible Good-natured, cooperative, trainable attitude Machine shop experience a plus What we offer Competitive compensation Generous benefits Welcoming and friendly work environment $30-$40 per hour, Depending on Experience If you are looking to make the most of your expertise, become an integral part of cutting-edge manufacturing practices and join a team where you are highly valued and respected, we highly encourage you to apply today for immediate consideration! 8I6DXWkSnP
