CNC Programmer (Mastercam Advanced Manufacturing)

CNC Programmer (Mastercam - Advanced Manufacturing) Precision Programming Meets Real-World Complexity Stretch Forming Corporation is looking for a highly capable Mastercam CNC Programmer to support our growing portfolio of complex, high-precision components. This role is built for someone who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment , where no two parts are the same and every program matters. What You'll Do Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for multi-axis machining (3+ axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis as applicable) Develop efficient toolpaths for complex geometries and tight-tolerance components Collaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure program accuracy and manufacturability Perform backplotting, simulation, and verification to eliminate collisions and inefficiencies Select tooling, define cutting strategies, and improve cycle times Support setup and troubleshooting on the shop floor Continuously refine programs to improve quality, consistency, and throughput What You Bring Strong experience with Mastercam (Mill) programming in a production environment Solid understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, and materials Ability to program for complex parts with tight tolerances Experience with multi-axis machining (4-axis and/or 5-axis preferred) Proficiency reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD models Hands-on mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and support machinists Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What Sets You Apart Experience in aerospace, structural, or high-precision manufacturing Ability to balance programming efficiency with real-world machinability Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume environment Strong communication skills between programming, engineering, and shop floor teams Why Stretch Forming Corporation?
