We are a high-precision machine shop serving the aerospace, medical device, semiconductor, and space industries. Our facility is AS9100 and
ISO 13485
certified and equipped with modern Kitamura machining centers. If you take pride in developing efficient, reliable machining processes for complex, tight-tolerance components, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Program complex 3, 4, and full 5-axis CNC machining centers using MasterCAM software. Develop machining strategies, tooling, and workholding for prototype and production parts. Optimize cycle times while maintaining the highest quality standards. Work closely with machinists and quality personnel during program prove-outs. Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T, and customer specifications. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Maintain organized documentation and revision control for CNC programs. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment. Strong experience programming 3, 4, and full 5-axis machining centers. Proficient in reading complex engineering drawings and GD&T. Experience with aerospace, medical, semiconductor, or other high-precision industries preferred. Strong understanding of tooling, workholding, cutting parameters, and machining processes. Experience programming Kitamura machining centers is a major plus. CAM software experience (Mastercam or similar).
