The ideal candidate will have experience in programming and operating CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
  • Develop and write programs for CNC machines based on engineering blueprints
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, or grinding
  • Conduct quality checks using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and bore gauges
  • Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes
  • Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Interpret CAD drawings and use software like SolidWorks, CATIA, and Fanuc controls
  • Apply knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) for accurate machining
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
  • Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
  • Experience with CAD software and machine controls like Fanuc
  • Familiarity with bore gauges, tooling maintenance, and GD&T principles
