$45•$52 per hour Job Details•Join an established precision manufacturing company serving highly regulated industries has an immediate full‑time opening for an experienced CNC Programmer. This on‑site role offers long‑term stability and the opportunity to support a growing production environment.
Hours:
1st shift 6am to 230pm
Days:
Monday-Friday Job Requirements:
Create and maintain manufacturing programs using CAD/CAM software to support production equipment. Experience with lathe and mill Assist with equipment setup, initial part verification, and optimization of CNC machining processes across multi‑axis milling operations. Assist with equipment setup and initial production activities, including troubleshooting and making program•adjustments to support stable operations. Maintain and organize digital manufacturing assets, including CNC programs, CAD/CAM files, models, and tooling documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and customer standards. Develop and modify programs to support a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment types. Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes, tooling, and work methods. Maintain organized control of program files, digital models, documentation, and related records in accordance with internal procedures. Support advanced machining activities as required in a modern manufacturing environment. 2 axis lathes, 3 and 4 axis mills, mill-turn machines. Machine brands such as Hyundai, Okuma, Haas, DMG, Cubic. Mastercam. Controls are FANUC, Mitsubishi Electric, Okuma OSP, Haas Control. Nickel Alloy 718, A286, MP35/159, Titanium, PH steels, etc Qualifications General understanding of manufacturing operations and machining concepts. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience creating or modifying manufacturing programs using CAD/CAM tools. Familiarity with supporting production environments and working collaboratively with operations teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
