Bring your expertise to a tight‑knit team that values craftsmanship, safety, and growth. Why this role? You'll own complex setups and dial in processes that hit spec the first time. You'll collaborate, share know‑how, and mentor rising machinists. You'll work with multi‑axis equipment and modern CAM to push quality and throughput. What will you handle? CNC Machine Operations — Set up and run production on mills, lathes, and Swiss platforms; verify tooling, offsets, and first‑article quality. Quality Control & Troubleshooting — Read blueprints, apply GD&T, measure precisely, and correct issues via offsets, tooling, or program edits. Equipment Maintenance & Safety — Perform routine maintenance; follow all safety policies; maintain a clean, organized workstation. Reporting & Communication — Document inspections, update travelers/run logs, and communicate status clearly. What do you bring? Education & Experience — High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred. 2-4 years of CNC operating experience with blueprint literacy and precision metrology. Skills & Competencies — Detail‑oriented problem solver with mechanical aptitude; team player who can mentor junior machinists. Work & Rewards Environment — Active manufacturing floor with machinery and production noise; standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Schedule — Full‑time, standard shift; overtime may be required. Compensation — $22.00-$30.00 per hour, plus shared‑cost health care, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match after a waiting period.
