An exciting opportunity is available for a CNC Programmer - Team Lead in Englewood, CO, with an innovative construction solutions company focused on eliminating common industry pain points through holistic, high-performance curtain wall systems. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer - Team Lead position include: Lead CNC programming efforts for curtain wall and construction-related manufacturing applications. Support production teams by creating accurate, efficient CNC programs. Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure proper fabrication output. Coordinate with operations, fabrication, and project teams to support production schedules. Provide team leadership, technical guidance, and workflow support within the CNC department. Help improve programming processes, quality, and production efficiency. Maintain strong attention to detail while supporting high-performance building system solutions. Prior CNC programming, machining, fabrication, or team lead experience preferred.
Salary :
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits :
