4×10s, 5×8s, or 4×9s + a 4-hour Friday/Saturday.•Machine Parts That Matter We are a growing precision manufacturing company serving the medical, aerospace, and defense industries , producing complex, high-precision components where quality and reliability are critical. We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam programming skills. This is not an operator position. We're looking for someone who can independently program, set up, optimize, and run complex 5-axis machining operations while taking ownership of the manufacturing process from start to finish. What You'll Do Program, set up, and run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines using Mastercam Develop efficient, production-ready toolpaths for complex precision components Optimize tooling, fixtures, workholding, probing routines, and machining strategies Support automated machining cells for lights-out manufacturing Perform in-process inspections using GD&T and precision measuring equipment Maintain AS9100 quality standards and documentation Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and efficiency Required Qualifications 5+ years of CNC milling experience 2+ years of Mastercam programming experience (Required) Proven experience programming and setting up 5-axis CNC mills Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation Ability to independently troubleshoot and optimize machining processes Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred AS9100 manufacturing experience CNC lathe experience Experience with automation, probing, and fixture design Compensation & Benefits $35.00-$45.00 per hour, plus DOE Quarterly performance bonuses 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and paid sick leave Paid parental leave Flexible work schedules Professional development opportunities Overtime available (never required) Why You'll Love Working Here Work on challenging projects in the medical, aerospace, and defense industries Modern 5-axis machining technology and automation A collaborative team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement Opportunities to make an impact and grow your career If you're an experienced 5-axis Mastercam programmer looking to join a company where your skills are valued and your work makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
