Bridgeport, CT Job Details Full-time | Contract 7 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Millwork Manufacturing CAM programming Woodworking Full Job Description Overview We are a custom cabinetry and millwork company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects. As part of our continued growth, we are implementing a CNC machine to optimize production efficiency and precision. We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Programmer / Operator to join our team and help establish and manage our CNC production workflow. Responsibilities Operate CNC router machines for custom cabinetry and millwork production; Program CNC cutting and machining operations; Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and production plans; Prepare machine setups, tooling, and materials; Monitor machining operations and ensure production quality; Maintain accuracy and finishing standards for all produced parts; Collaborate closely with the design and production teams; Assist in developing and organizing CNC programming workflows; Participate in the setup and implementation of the company's CNC operations. Requirements Experience operating and programming CNC machines; Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings; Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or furniture manufacturing; Knowledge of CAD/CAM software; Ability to work with files generated from AutoCAD; Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Organized, reliable, and proactive Preferred Qualifications Experience with CNC routers for woodworking applications; Familiarity with software such as: Alphacam Cabinet Vision TopSolid ArtCAM Fusion 360 Experience implementing CNC processes in cabinet shops or woodworking facilities; Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
