CNC Engineer

Description Work primarily from the office while frequently engaging the manufacturing floor Collaborate with CNC programmers, setup technicians, machine operators, and manufacturing supervisor Support fixture design, tooling, machining processes, and troubleshooting Review aerospace blueprints from customers (Pratt, Honeywell, etc.) and support machining execution Troubleshoot scrap or out‑of‑tolerance parts and improve processes Partner closely with George as his right‑hand engineering resource Balance competing priorities in a fast‑moving, small‑company environment Skills CNC Programming, Fixture Design, mastercam, Solidworks, iso 9001, Aerospace Component Design, CNC Shop Experience, cmm program Top Skills Details CNC Programming,Fixture Design,mastercam,Solidworks,iso 9001 Additional Skills & Qualifications Precision machining; tight tolerances to ±0.001 Aerospace material experience; Inconel and Titanium preferred Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New Britain, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
