Job Description

Tool and die machining role focused on CNC mill and lathe operations, setup, programming, CAM software, GD&T interpretation, and in-process quality control. Job Requirements 8+ years of tool and die fabrication experience 5+ years of experience leading CNC mill and lathe cell operations CNC setup experience CNC programming experience, including G-code and M-code CAM software experience, such as Mastercam or similar software Advanced blueprint reading experience GD&T interpretation experience Ability to work with 3D tool models Experience using inspection tools for in-process quality control Experience machining steels Experience machining alloys Experience machining aluminum Experience machining titanium Experience machining super alloys Experience machining plastics Experience machining composites Experience machining additive manufactured parts Experience following ESH compliant programs Experience identifying hazards in a machining environment Preferred Skills Experience training junior machinists Experience training machinists on setup procedures Experience training machinists on inspection practices Experience training machinists on tooling techniques Mastercam experience Experience supporting cross-functional technical discussions Job Responsibilities Lead CNC mill and lathe cell operations Set up CNC machines for tool and die fabrication Program CNC equipment using G-code, M-code, and CAM software Interpret blueprints, GD&T requirements, and 3D tool models Machine tool and die components using various materials Perform in-process quality control using inspection tools Verify machined parts meet blueprint and dimensional requirements Support safe machining operations through ESH program participation Identify hazards related to machining operations Train junior machinists on setup, inspection, and tooling best practices
