Job Description

Job description MWM Services, Inc. is a precision commercial and military Aircraft Tooling manufacturer. We specialize in Heater Assemblies, [Hydraulic] Pushers/Pullers, Power Controllers, and other related custom tools for the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of Aircraft Engines. We also focus on prototyping, precision fixture manufacturing, sheet metal assemblies, and repair/upgrade services.. CNC Operator / Setup Must be familiar with
HAAS CNC
Milling Machines. (TM-2, VF-2. VF-3) Prepare, Setup, and Operate
HAAS CNC
machines. General Understanding of different tool types: Ball/Flat Endmill, Face mill, Slot Cutter, Rougher, Radius Tool, etc... To Setup tools in collets & indicate on machine per instructions. Setup raw stock, semi finished & finished parts to be machined via CNC. A thorough understanding of clamping, fixturing, adhesion, and other methods of holding, to facilitate machining. Move, alter, and setup vices, plates, and fixtures per job. Read & Understand Blueprints in conjunction with Setup Instructions to achieve completed parts. Inspect & measure throughout the process to maintain dimensional tolerances. Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines. Document Work/Part completed via Job Sheets. Good Communication Skills and a Operate as a Team. CNC Programmer (All the above) Program Haas machines utilizing the latest version of MasterCam Conduct first piece inspections to verify programs, optimize as required. Ability to interpret, use, and/or modify previously created programs. Be able to adjust, maintain, and verify machine settings based on part material. Select best cutting tools, and methods for specific materials, surface finishes, and finished dimensions.
