Job Description

Personnel Plus, Inc. Boise, is
NOW HIRING
for a CNC Router Programmer/Operator Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (occasional overtime)
  • $20.50 p/h+ DOE

  • Immediate hire opportunity
Duties:
  • Set up, program, and operate MultiCam CNC routers and other CNC equipment as needed
  • Operate manual lathes and mills as required
  • Plan and develop machining sequences and programming processes
  • Create and maintain documentation including tooling and process parameters to ensure part accuracy and quality standards
  • Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and requirements
  • Assist with preparing parts for fabrication, assembly, and production workflow
  • Support packaging and shipping needs including building crates and preparing parts for shipment
  • Learn and assist with CNC programming as needed (training provided)
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall production needs
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating a CNC router OR equivalent vocational training
  • MasterCAM experience preferred; other CAM software will be considered
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting as required
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
