Job Description

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer proficient in Gibbs CAM to join our team. The ideal candidate will create, modify, and optimize complex toolpaths for 3, 4, and 5-axis mills, lathes, Swiss machines and EDM to maximize production efficiency. Several positions are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, simulate, and verify CNC programs using GibbsCAM, ensuring collision detection. Utilize advanced GibbsCAM features including HSM (High-Speed Machining), 5-axis, and multi-turret turning. Work with shop personnel to troubleshoot setups and optimize post-processors. Interpret complex blueprints, CAD models.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience programming CNC machines. Expert proficiency in GibbsCAM is required. Strong knowledge of G-code/M-code and machining principles. Experience with solid modeling and importing CAD files. Must be able to work on several types of controllers and machines which may include Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Hurco WinMax, Sodick EDM etc.
