You will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing workflows, ensuring high-precision output, and maintaining rigorous quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex parts on multi-axis lathes and vertical/horizontal machining centers. Utilize advanced programming techniques, including Macro and sub-program development, to enhance machining efficiency. Provide hands-on technical support on the shop floor to troubleshoot machining issues and assist operators with program management. Maintain comprehensive program libraries and ensure all documentation aligns with strict quality and compliance standards. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as SMED and 5S, to reduce waste and improve throughput. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine manufacturing processes and meet critical delivery objectives. Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Proficiency in G and M code editing, Macro programming, and multi-axis operations. Advanced computer skills including CAD/CAM software (e.g., Esprit, MasterCam, SolidWorks). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive operational improvements. Must be a U.S. Person as defined by federal export control regulations. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with Fanuc, Okuma, or Mitsubishi CELOS control systems. Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects independently.
