CNC Programming Verifier

CNC Programming Verifier Accuracy - Analysis - Assurance Do you thrive on precision and catching what others might overlook? Are you driven by accuracy and take pride in getting it right the first time? WALCO Tool & Engineering is seeking a CNC Programming Verifier to support our high-precision manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality by verifying CNC programs and collaborating with machinists and engineers in a respectful, team-focused environment where craftsmanship still matters.

What You'll Do:

Use CAD software to verify CNC machine code Analyze detailed engineering drawings for design elements Review standardized programming documentation based on blueprint specifications and routing sheets Create and evaluate solid models of parts Assess electronic data for accuracy, completeness and potential issues Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize performance and quality What We're Looking for: 2+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling applications SolidWorks experience preferred Proficiency in blueprint reading Familiarity with G-code is a plus Vericut experience a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Prior machining experience is a plus Why WALCO?
