Position Overview The CNC Programmer will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Mastercam software, G-code programming, and hands-on machine setup in a shop environment. If you have experience setting up and programming on other programs, please still apply. Key Responsibilities Program CNC machines using Mastercam and G-code to meet production specifications. Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and work holding. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Verify dimensions of finished parts using appropriate measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to ensure quality and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of CNC programming and setup experience. Proficiency in Mastercam and strong understanding of G-code . Proven experience in CNC machine setup and operation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
