CNC Programmer $100,000 - $130,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Relocation Support + Career Growth + PTO + Sick Pay + 401(k) + Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Indianapolis, IN (Relocation Support Available) Are you a CNC Programmer looking to join a growing manufacturer offering long-term stability, cutting-edge equipment, and clear progression opportunities? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, expanding machine shop with a strong team culture, flexible hours, and ongoing technical development working on complex, high-precision components across a broad range of markets. The company has built an excellent reputation within their industry, and due to continued success, they have exciting expansion plans to double the size of the facility, they are now looking to add to their programming team. This role would suit a CNC Programmer with Mastercam or NX experience who enjoys working on varied, non-production parts in a highly skilled precision machining environment.
The Role:
Write and develop CNC programs using Mastercam and/or NX Support machinists on the shop floor with programming and machining processes Machine complex, tight tolerance components for aerospace and industrial applications Produce low-volume, high-mix parts (1-2 off, non-production environment) Monday-Friday, day shift with flexible start times (between 6am-8am)
The Person:
CNC Programming experience using Mastercam and/or NX Manufacturing or job shop background Experience working to tight tolerances Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, or other precision machining industry experience Must be a
