CNC Programmer- Relocation Assistance

Senior CNC programming specialist responsible for 5-axis mill/turn programming, post development in NX, and machining support for complex metal components in regulated manufacturing environments. This is a full-time permanent job with benefits CNC Programmer Job Requirements

• 6+ years of CNC programming experience
• Experience programming 5-axis mill/turn machines, including DMG and Integrex platforms
• Extensive experience using NX
• Experience using Vericut
• Experience building posts within NX
• Experience machining metals, including steel, titanium, cobalt chrome, and other implantable alloys
• Medical device manufacturing background
• Aerospace manufacturing background
• Experience supporting new machine onboarding and process development
• Experience with DMG Mori mill/turn machines CNC Programmer Job Responsibilities
• Program 5-axis mill/turn machines for complex precision components
• Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs using NX
• Build and support posts within NX
• Use Vericut to validate and optimize machining processes
• Support machining of steel, titanium, cobalt chrome, and other high-performance alloys
• Contribute to process development and programming for new DMG Mori mill/turn equipment #GRP2
