Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist and Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will drive production excellence by developing high-quality CNC programs and executing complex machining operations to support the creation of intricate plastic injection molds. Responsibilities Develop, refine, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam and WorkNC to maximize production efficiency. Execute precise machining operations utilizing 5-axis equipment and Wire EDM technology. Interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications to ensure component geometry meets rigorous quality standards. Perform comprehensive part inspections using advanced metrology tools like micrometers and calipers to verify accuracy. Proactively troubleshoot programming and mechanical challenges to minimize downtime and maintain workflow continuity. Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience in CNC machining and programming. Advanced proficiency in Mastercam for complex part development. Demonstrated ability to work with 5-axis machining centers and Wire EDM. Strong aptitude for reading technical prints and working within tight tolerances. Solid mathematical skills and experience with G-code/M-code programming. Preferred Skills Prior experience in the setup and maintenance of plastic injection molds. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software integration and optimization. Experience with advanced equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a high-output setting.
