CNC Programmer

• 5‑Axis Mill/Turn (NX) We are hiring a Senior CNC Programmer with 10+ years of experience to support advanced 5-axis mill/turn machining in a precision manufacturing environment.

This role is focused on complex components produced for medical and aerospace applications, using implantable alloys and tight-tolerance materials. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with modern NX, understands post processor development, and routinely programs for DMG MORI and Mazak Integrex-style mill/turn machines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Program complex 5-axis mill/turn CNC machines (DMG MORI, Integrex, or equivalent)
• Develop, modify, and maintain NX post processors
• Create efficient, safe, and optimized toolpaths using the latest versions of Siemens NX
• Simulate and verify programs using Vericut
• Support machining of high-precision components made from implantable and aerospace-grade alloys
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve machining challenges
• Ensure programs meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Continuously improving cycle times and machining processes

Job Qualifications :

• 10+ years of CNC programming experience
• Extensive experience with 5-axis mill/turn machines
• Advanced proficiency in Siemens NX (recent versions required)
• Hands-on experience building and customizing NX post processors
• Strong working knowledge of Vericut simulation
• Background in medical device or aerospace manufacturing
• Experience in machining difficult materials, including: o Implantable stainless steels o Titanium alloys o Cobalt chrome
• Strong understanding of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining #GRP2
